Q.1 The turbine consists of what sort of components, please state out them?
The turbine consists of stillness part and rotation part; the stillness part includes the cylinder, clapboard, nozzle and bearing, etc; and the rotation part includes the shaft, blade disc, blade and couple, etc., moreover the steam seal and turning device are also inclusive.

Q.2 What is the function of cylinder?

This plant is LV set, so that the steam pressure can not decrease too much along with the load decreasing procedure, and rated parameter stop was adopted for this plant.
(2) Sliding pressure stop.

If the load can not decreased to zero during the stopping process, mainly because of the steam regulation valve is not tight or jammed, or steam supplement valve does not fastened up, and caused from the tremendous steam get into the steam supplement system. If we tripping the generator at that moment, over-speed accident will be resulted. So necessary action shall be taken to makeover the fault and stop the constant stop valve, electric separation valve and manual main steam damper urgently, so that the load decreased to zero and then tripping can be made.

 

Q,6 In what occasions need to urgently shut down the T/G set?
When the following occasions happened, the emergency stop shall be made:
(1) When T/G set emerges heavy vibration, or when any shaft vibration exceed 0.05mm:
(2) The turbine rotation speed increased to 3330r/min, and the emergency governor does not act accordingly, after tripping the speed does not decreased;
(3) When water impact emerges;
(4) When the turbine inside emerges metal impact sound, and continued to be expand or shaft seal get sparkles;
(5) When any shaft temperature exceed 105℃;
(6) When oil system gets on fire and can not stamp out quickly;
(7) The oil tank hydrostatic level decreased to lowest point;
(8) The main oil pump failure or other fault, the lube-oil pressure decreased to 0.08Mpa and the meter can not control over it which continue to decrease;
(9) Shaft position move exceed rated dada, however the protective device does not work;
(10) When rear cylinder membrane security valve works;
(11) Main steam pipe explode;
(12) When the following incident happens, the generator has to tripping from the system:
a. Generator inside get smoke and fire;
b. generator vibrate heavily;
c. equipment accidentally failure and threatened the workers’ life.

Q.7.What occasions need the emergency set shut down?
Upon the following occasions, emergency shut down is required:
(1) The boiler hydrostatic level decreased to the minimum rated tolerance data;
(2) The hydro-static level keeps decreasing even though continuously feeding water into the boiler or other relative measures;

(3) The hydrostatic level rising up to the maximum tolerance data;
(4) The feed water devices failed completely;
(5) Water level meter, pressure meter or safety damper failed completely;
(6) Boiler wall severe damaged, steel structure fire red, etc, or severe threatened the boiler performance;
(7) Flue explosion or second firing, severe threatened the boiler and operator’s safety;
(8) Kiln that requires boiler emergency shut down;
